The only way to safeguard such forums are multiple powerful moderators and strict rules. Unless Aftiel can pull that out of his ass, the only thing that will hold such a forum up is integrity, which, on the internet, is in short supply.
For example, I could sell you a burnt-out video card, but lie and say it still works. There, I just made $100.

Well i for one supply my home address with anything i sell. If something is damaged due to shipping, static, or just me being a dick you have full premision to come over and beat me down ^ ^.
Its not hard to moderate such a thing and the honer system actualy does work with these for some reason.

Posting on the SMF forums now to see what ideas I can get for a fix for this, I'm guessing it might be a db issue related to the number of custom titles but I'll see what I can figure out. Actually I'll try redoing your custom title right now and see if that works for ya.

It's already up here (http://www.markovforums.com/SMF/index.php?board=9.0) however you might not be able to see it since it seems some of the custom ranks have probs with board permissions. Let me know vagoo.
