I think you might need to add this to the rules.

There should be a limit to how big a sig can be, or else people can have really large sigs that take up your whole screen.

Yeah I was gonna have my merits up in my sig on these here forums, but the sig allowed width doesn't seem to be as large, and the merit window was BELOW the main sig, not beside it. Bah.
